Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations between finance-domain raters and the broader AI training data program to close execution gaps and maintain schedules.
• Design and maintain task-tracking, escalation, and quality-check workflows tailored to finance evaluation tasks.
• Monitor rater throughput and quality signals, delivering clear written status updates and actionable feedback.
• Triage and resolve finance-specific rater questions, escalating complex or ambiguous cases to subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with program leads and SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy across all finance training data.

Core Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in finance or finance operations, with a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams or projects.
• Direct experience managing or coordinating teams of contributors or reviewers (raters, analysts, or similar) against deadlines and quality standards.
• Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Senior Analyst → Program/Project Coordinator).
• Availability for at least 35 hours/week during standard weekday hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
