Finance Specialist (AI Training) | $65–90/hr | Remote in US | Part Time
Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team as a Finance Subject Matter Expert, helping shape the next generation of Large Language Models by bringing real-world financial expertise to AI training data. This is a W-2 position through Cincinnatus LLC, embedded within a top-tier AI lab's extended workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide research and engineering teams in closing knowledge gaps related to financial reasoning, analysis, and decision-making.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks and craft accurate, well-reasoned solutions grounded in real financial practice.
- Evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics, providing clear written feedback on correctness, judgment, and reasoning quality.
- Develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics tailored to finance-specific tasks.
- Collaborate with fellow subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across training data.
Core Qualifications
- 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in finance — investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, or financial advisory — at a recognized top-tier organization (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or equivalent).
- Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience evaluating LLM/AI model outputs against rubrics or structured scoring criteria. Please describe this experience in your application.

- Availability for at least 35 hours/week during weekdays.
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
