Join Mercor as a Financial Advising Expert and collaborate with a leading AI research lab to shape the future of AI-driven wealth management solutions. This contract role offers flexible, remote work and the opportunity to directly influence how advanced AI systems deliver real-world financial advice.

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and client relevance.
• Calibrate investment and retirement planning models to ensure financial soundness and suitability.
• Simulate and audit workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement income planning.
• Review and refine AI-produced reports and recommendations with a focus on real-world client needs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams to enhance the reliability and trustworthiness of advisory systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC) are a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, retirement, estate, and investment strategies.
• Excellent client communication skills and knowledge of compliance standards.

Details: Immediate start, 1–2 month duration, ~20 hours/week, fully remote and flexible schedule. Compensation is $70–85/hr with potential performance bonuses. Independent contractor role.
