Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, including budgeting, retirement planning, and debt management strategies.
• Provide expert risk management guidance and ensure all advice adheres to the fiduciary standard.
• Maintain full compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear written and verbal communication.
• Offer holistic financial coaching and mentoring to empower clients in their financial journeys.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows and processes to improve service delivery.
• Identify and resolve complex financial challenges with creative, client-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Active CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification required.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, retirement planning, and debt management.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience in mentoring clients or junior professionals is a plus.
