Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, including budgeting, retirement planning, and debt management strategies.
• Provide expert risk management guidance and ensure all advice adheres to fiduciary standards.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across all client interactions and documentation.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear written and verbal communication.
• Offer holistic financial coaching and mentoring to empower clients in their financial journeys.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows and processes to improve advisory efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, retirement planning, and debt management.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex financial problems with clarity and confidence.
• Experience in mentoring clients or junior advisors is a plus.
