Mercor is seeking experienced Financial Analysts who have legal ownership over finance-related work documents and are ready to contribute to cutting-edge AI model evaluation projects. This is a flexible, hourly contractor role ideal for finance professionals with a background in LLM prompt design and model output evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your own finance-related work documents (BYOD) to support AI training and evaluation tasks
• Design and refine LLM prompts tailored to financial analysis scenarios
• Evaluate and provide quality feedback on model outputs using Rubric-style assessment frameworks
• Apply deep financial expertise to ensure accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with verifiable, legally owned work documents
• Prior experience working with Mercor on Rubric-style tasks is strongly preferred
• Confident in crafting effective LLM prompts and critically evaluating AI model responses
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote, async environment
