Financial Analyst III | $45–60/hr | Austin, TX (Onsite)

Join a dynamic Finance team as a temporary Financial Operations professional (1-1.5 years) supporting the Global Reality Labs Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on dispute claims processing, deduction management, and credit and collections operations.

Years of Experience:

• 5+ years in Financial Operations (accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, claims processing/deduction)

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes with a process-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to take ownership of customer collections and claims processing while driving operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external clients
• Experience building relationships with corporate customers

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with multi-national retail and/or hardware companies
• Track record of driving innovative changes and operational efficiencies
• Experience in continuously evolving system platform environments
• Data analysis capabilities

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR processes for Revenue Operations (credit, collections, claims management) with minimal guidance
• Handle AR and Claims month-end reconciliation
• Measure and report on key Reality Labs AR/VR metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering) to unblock tasks and build strong working relationships
• Support process improvements and automation in claims processing and deduction management
• Monitor dashboards, SLA metrics, and Quality Assurance results
• Participate in DTP Process Improvement initiatives
