If you're detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders — initiation, processing, tracking, and maintenance within the ERP system
  • Collaborate with S2P, FP&A, and internal stakeholders to ensure PO accuracy and alignment with approved budgets
  • Monitor PO funding status and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and exceptions
  • Validate invoices submitted via summary billing, verifying accuracy of rates and associated purchase orders
  • Route invoices for internal approvals and ensure timely payment processing
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies between invoices and detailed billing by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
  • Perform weekly financial reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve variances promptly
  • Support month-end close documentation and reporting requirements
  • Maintain organized, accessible financial records and process documentation
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the finance team
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or an administrative role focused on transactional processing
  • Proficiency with ERP/financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger) and PO-to-Pay workflows
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sense of urgency for critical business requests; customer-service oriented with a bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment
  • Prior experience as a contingent worker or contractor
  • Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, AppSheet, Airtable, or Oracle
  • Background managing procurement and finance operations for a specific line of business
