Join Mercor as a Financial Auditor and play a pivotal role in accelerating client onboarding within our Financial Audit vertical. This high-impact, hands-on position is perfect for experienced auditors who thrive at the intersection of finance, technology, and process design.

• Lead onboarding: Implement and configure financial statement workflows for new clients.
• Workflow mapping: Translate complex client charts of accounts and Excel templates into our Fieldguide platform.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve onboarding challenges.
• Stakeholder engagement: Ensure accurate data configuration and alignment with audit methodologies for both firm-level and engagement-level stakeholders.
• Product feedback: Provide actionable insights to improve usability and implementation efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in external audit or financial reporting, ideally at a public accounting firm.
• Expertise in audit methodologies and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with customized client templates.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Caseware, CCH, or similar tools; SaaS or implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
