- Lead onboarding: Implement and configure financial statement workflows for new clients.
- Workflow mapping: Translate complex client charts of accounts and Excel templates into our Fieldguide platform.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve onboarding challenges.
- Stakeholder engagement: Ensure accurate data configuration and alignment with audit methodologies for both firm-level and engagement-level stakeholders.
- Product feedback: Provide actionable insights to improve usability and implementation efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in external audit or financial reporting, ideally at a public accounting firm.
- Expertise in audit methodologies and financial statement preparation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with customized client templates.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Caseware, CCH, or similar tools; SaaS or implementation experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
