About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Financial Clerks to help write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI models. Your expertise in financial recordkeeping, data entry, account reconciliation, and customer support will directly shape how AI systems understand and execute financial clerical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, review, and validate prompts related to financial processes and transactions.
Ensure accuracy and realism in AI training scenarios, reflecting everyday accounting workflows and cross-departmental financial communications.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs to determine accuracy and effectiveness.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in financial clerical work, administrative finance, or account support.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong proficiency in maintaining financial records, invoice processing, account reconciliation, data entry, and report generation.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Role Highlights:
Flexible workload: Initially 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours.
Fully remote and asynchronous—work according to your schedule.
Initial contract duration: 1–2 months, with potential extension.
Interview Process:
Complete an online AI-driven interview assessing your financial workflow and reconciliation experience.
Conduct a ~25-minute task where you’ll share your screen to create detailed prompts and evaluate AI-generated financial scenarios. (Please ensure screen-sharing permissions are enabled on your desktop/laptop browser before starting the interview.)
Applicants will be selected based on their interview performance and the quality of their evaluations.
Compensation & Legal Details:
This is an hourly contractor position.
Payments are issued weekly via Stripe Connect.
