We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Documents Specialist with Japanese language proficiency to support financial documentation tasks in a fully remote, contractor capacity. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who is comfortable working with financial materials and Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage financial documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and format professional financial materials
- Translate or interpret financial content between Japanese and English as needed
- Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to support finance-related projects and deliverables
Required Skills
- Japanese language proficiency (written and/or spoken)
- Solid understanding of finance and financial documents
