About the Role
micro1 is hiring a Financial Expert on a remote contract basis. This is a generalist role within business operations, drawing on finance domain expertise across accounting, FP&A, banking and consulting.
What the Work Involves
- Apply finance expertise in areas such as accounting, financial planning and analysis, banking and consulting
- Develop business processes and rubrics for structured, objective evaluation
- Document processes and annotate data
- Evaluate AI models using your finance and accounting knowledge
- Assess work with attention to detail and analytical rigor
- Collaborate with others, including through asynchronous communication
Who This Role Is For
- Strong finance domain expertise, including accounting, FP&A, banking or consulting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft 365
- Experience developing business processes and rubrics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including asynchronous communication
- Comfortable with structured assessment, objective evaluation, process documentation, data annotation and AI model evaluation
Pay
The rate for this contract is $30-40/hr.
