Join Mercor as an experienced Financial Manager supporting a leading AI lab. This contract role offers flexible, remote work and the chance to impact next-generation machine learning research through expert financial scenario creation and validation.

• Design and write realistic financial management tasks and scenarios based on your professional expertise
• Develop cases involving budget planning, financial reporting, cash flow management, team leadership, and strategic planning
• Oversee accounting teams, prepare forecasts, manage audits, ensure compliance, and implement financial controls
• Review and evaluate AI-generated financial management responses for accuracy and professionalism
• Provide detailed feedback to enhance AI training quality

Qualifications:

• 4+ years as a financial manager, finance director, or controller in finance or insurance
• Proven management experience and professional recognition
• Strong written communication and computer proficiency
• Successful completion of interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz

Opportunity Details:

• Fully remote, asynchronous work
