In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate investment sales scenarios used to train and refine AI models — ensuring they can handle real-world client relationships, investment recommendations, and regulatory compliance with accuracy and nuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine investment sales challenges and scenarios for AI model training.
• Evaluate AI responses against real-world securities sales principles and best practices.
• Ensure scenarios reflect accurate regulatory compliance, client relationship management, and investment recommendation standards.
• Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and practical applicability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Active securities licenses (Series 7, Series 63, or equivalent).
• Proven experience selling securities, commodities, or financial products.
• Strong understanding of investment products, sales processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
