We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in accounting systems, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes who thrives in a remote, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial systems including NetSuite, QuickBooks, and SAP (GSAP)
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure data integrity across platforms
- Leverage Microsoft Excel for advanced financial modeling and data analysis
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline accounting workflows
- Identify and resolve discrepancies within financial systems promptly
Required Skills
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and GSAP/SAP
- Strong background in Accounting and Financial Reporting
