Role Overview

You will leverage your trading expertise to evaluate and train AI systems, helping shape how models understand trade execution, market microstructure, risk management, and more. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI in financial markets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on trading topics including execution strategies, market microstructure, order book analysis, and position management.
• Develop rubrics to assess model performance on tasks such as trade sizing, risk/reward evaluation, technical analysis, and market impact assessment.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to refine training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trading (equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, or derivatives) at a bank, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, execution algorithms, risk management, and multi-asset trading strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• CFA (Level I, II, or III), FRM, Series 7/63, or an MBA in Finance.
