Fire Dispatcher / Emergency Communications Specialist | $30–55/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled and composed Fire Dispatcher and Emergency Communications Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in coordinating rapid, accurate emergency responses by managing multiple communication channels and applying standardized protocols under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and triage incoming emergency requests quickly and accurately in high-pressure environments
• Apply standardized protocols and checklists to ensure consistent, compliant emergency response procedures
• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, maintaining situational awareness at all times
• Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to responders, supervisors, and the public
• Document and log all dispatched calls and relevant incident details accurately

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in emergency dispatch, fire communications, or a related field
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with dispatch protocols, CAD systems, and emergency communication standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in fast-paced situations

This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide. Compensation ranges from $30 to $55 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
