We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Fitness Expert to join our team as a remote contractor. This role is ideal for a well-rounded fitness professional with a strong background in exercise programming, nutrition planning, and clear communication — both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored exercise programs suited to diverse client needs and fitness levels
• Provide evidence-based nutrition planning guidance to support health and performance goals
• Communicate fitness concepts clearly and effectively through both written and verbal channels
• Contribute expertise within a humanities-focused, generalist framework, making fitness knowledge accessible and engaging to a broad audience
• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality fitness-related content and recommendations

Required Skills
