• Develop guidelines, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for finance reasoning tasks.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant finance problems and craft accurate solutions.
• Review financial tasks and solutions, providing clear, constructive feedback.
• Work closely with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the US.
• Master's or Ph.D. in a finance-related field from a top-tier university.
• 2+ years of professional FP&A experience at a reputable institution.
