What You’ll Do
As an AI Trainer specializing in Swedish, you will:

• Enhance AI Accuracy: Evaluate and refine AI-generated Swedish content, improving its real-world applications.
• Solve Linguistic Challenges: Provide step-by-step solutions to complex language problems, focusing on spelling, grammar, punctuation, and creative writing.

• Set Your Schedule: Work on your own time and contribute as much or as little as your schedule allows, based on project length.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who bring a blend of expertise and enthusiasm for AI:

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Swedish and strong English writing skills.
• Professional Writing Skills: Experience in journalism, editing, technical writing, research, or similar fields.
• Attention to Detail: A critical eye for analyzing written text and providing constructive feedback.
• Educational Background: Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Compensation: This is a freelance role paid on an hourly basis. Hourly rates for U.S.-based candidates range from $15 to $150, depending on skills, experience, and location. Rates for international candidates vary accordingly.
