MICRO1 is seeking a talented and versatile Game Developer with hands-on experience in Unreal Engine to join our team as a contractor. This is a generalist role ideal for a developer who thrives across multiple aspects of game development and enjoys working in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain game systems and features using Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, and other developers
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various stages of development
• Contribute to game architecture decisions and development best practices

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or C++)
• Strong generalist background in game development
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Solid understanding of game development pipelines and workflows

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $20–$60/hr (based on experience)
