Turing is seeking an experienced GenAI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end generative AI projects for Fortune 500 clients — from proof-of-concept through full-scale implementation. This is a high-impact leadership role within Turing's growing GenAI delivery organization.

Role Overview

As a GenAI Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary owner of GenAI client engagements, leading cross-functional engineering teams and guiding customers through complex AI transformation journeys. Turing's GenAI delivery organization has a proven track record of deploying multi-agent LLM systems, RAG architectures, and open-source LLM solutions for major enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI client engagements end-to-end, acting as the primary point of accountability for project success and future business growth.
• Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI and ML projects.
• Align engineering teams around a clear technical roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality delivery to maximize client satisfaction.
• Stay current with LLM research and apply emerging techniques to demonstrate technical leadership and deliver client value.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years driving AI/ML projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate effectively with client subject matter experts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and execute projects independently.
• Working knowledge of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
