General Counsel | $100–200/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and leadership on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to make a meaningful impact by shaping legal strategy, managing contracts, and mitigating risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive legal playbooks to standardize processes and reduce risk
• Lead and manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners
• Draft, review, and refine a wide range of legal contracts and agreements
• Oversee end-to-end contract management, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders on a variety of business matters
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-friendly solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract negotiation and drafting
• Experience building and managing legal playbooks
• Strong background in contract lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge of commercial law and legal best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a fully remote, contract engagement open to qualified legal professionals worldwide. Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour depending on experience.
