We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and leadership on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to make a meaningful impact by shaping legal strategy, managing contracts, and mitigating risk across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive legal playbooks to standardize processes and reduce risk
- Lead and manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners
- Draft, review, and refine a wide range of legal contracts and agreements
- Oversee end-to-end contract management, ensuring compliance and timely execution
- Provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders on a variety of business matters
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-friendly solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and drafting
- Experience building and managing legal playbooks
- Strong background in contract lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of commercial law and legal best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
