We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and leadership on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive legal playbooks to standardize processes and reduce risk
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes
• Draft, review, and refine a wide range of contracts and legal documents with precision and clarity
• Oversee end-to-end contract management, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders across business functions
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and management
• Experience building or working with legal playbooks
• Strong background in corporate or commercial law
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
