We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on technology transactions, contract management, and corporate matters. This is a high-impact contractor role ideal for a seasoned in-house attorney who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline a wide range of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and partnership deals
- Lead and manage technology transactions from negotiation through execution
- Provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders on risk, compliance, and contractual obligations
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and executive teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, redlining, and review
- Strong background in technology transactions
- Significant in-house legal experience preferred
- Deep understanding of commercial and corporate law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $90–$200/hr (based on experience)
