General Counsel | $90–200/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on technology transactions, contract management, and corporate matters. This is a high-impact contractor role ideal for a seasoned in-house attorney who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline a wide range of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and partnership deals
• Lead and manage technology transactions from negotiation through execution
• Provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders on risk, compliance, and contractual obligations
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and executive teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract drafting, redlining, and review
• Strong background in technology transactions
• Significant in-house legal experience preferred
• Deep understanding of commercial and corporate law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $90–$200/hr (based on experience)
