General Counsel | $90–130/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in commercial contracts, financial agreements, and corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract negotiation processes with clients, vendors, and partners
• Perform thorough contract redlining and review to protect organizational interests
• Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and ISDAs
• Provide strategic legal counsel on risk mitigation and compliance matters
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and finance teams to support deal execution

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Hands-on experience with ISDA agreements and financial derivatives documentation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $90–$130/hr (based on experience)
