We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in commercial contracts, financial agreements, and corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage contract negotiation processes with clients, vendors, and partners
- Perform thorough contract redlining and review to protect organizational interests
- Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and ISDAs
- Provide strategic legal counsel on risk mitigation and compliance matters
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and finance teams to support deal execution
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Hands-on experience with ISDA agreements and financial derivatives documentation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
