General & Operations Manager — AI Evaluator | $70–110/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced General and Operations Managers to evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this short-term contract role, you'll apply your real-world management expertise to assess AI-generated operational content, providing critical feedback that shapes the future of AI in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head, assessing operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility.
• Review complex operational scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement — then provide structured expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week during the project duration.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
• Payment: Task-based upon first task approval; experts who complete their first task on time qualify for hourly pay for the remainder of the project.
