Join Mercor as a freelance AI Evaluator specializing in General Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. In this role, you will apply your deep domain expertise to assess and grade AI-generated work products — including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations — ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, rigor, and professional quality.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts (documents, spreadsheets, slide decks) against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation errors
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve AI output quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in General Sales and/or GTM strategy
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in PowerPoint and Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
