We are looking for a versatile and resourceful Generalist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can wear many hats across a variety of tasks and domains.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple functional areas
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written form with team members and stakeholders
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings using Google Calendar
- Collaborate with the team via Slack for real-time communication and project updates
- Create, manage, and organize documents and reports using MS Office tools
- Apply domain expertise to solve problems and contribute meaningfully across projects
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and professional
- Proficiency with Slack, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated domain expertise in a relevant area
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
