• Design and optimize prompts: Develop detailed prompts with specific constraints and instructions.
• Define evaluation standards: Establish expectations for correct responses and create comprehensive rubrics.
• Model testing and grading: Assess AI model outputs and ensure alignment with defined standards.
• Quality assurance: Collaborate on benchmarking and QA to maintain rigor and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS or BA from a reputable institution (completed or in progress)
• Exceptional writing and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar tools
