Mercor is seeking experienced geodesy evaluators to support an important evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab. This project focuses on improving AI model performance by evaluating agent-generated research reports related to geodesy, Earth measurement systems, positioning, and spatial reference frameworks.

Who We're Hiring

We are looking for evaluators with experience or a strong background in Geodesy, Geomatics, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, or Earth Sciences. This workflow is ideal for individuals who are:

• Specialists with expertise in geodetic reference systems, coordinate transformations, and Earth-shape modelling
• Familiar with GNSS/GPS, satellite positioning, Earth observation, and spatial measurement techniques
• Experienced working with geodetic datasets, spatial accuracy analysis, and technical geospatial reports

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the technical accuracy, clarity, and relevance of agent-generated research reports in the Geodesy domain
• Assess reports related to positioning systems, reference frames, satellite-based measurements, and Earth dynamics
• Ensure all reports meet scientific and industry standards for precision, correctness, and clarity

You're a Strong Fit If You Have:

• Academic or professional experience in Geodesy or closely related geospatial disciplines
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate measurement methodologies, spatial accuracy, and technical reasoning
• Excellent written communication skills for delivering clear, constructive, and actionable feedback

Role Details
