Turing is seeking detail-oriented German-speaking contractors to perform audio transcription, voice annotation, and related language tasks on a flexible, pay-per-task basis. This is an excellent opportunity for fluent German speakers looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI and language technology projects on their own schedule.

How It Works

• Tasks are offered through Turing's platform and can be completed on your own schedule, within stated deadlines.
• You are not required to accept a minimum volume of work — accept or decline tasks as you choose.
• Payment is earned per accepted task. Partially completed or rejected tasks are not compensated.
• Each submitted task undergoes automated and/or manual quality review and may be: Accepted (paid), Rework Required (unpaid until resubmitted and approved), or Rejected (unpaid).

Compensation

• Pay-Per-Task (PPT) model — unit rate is displayed in the platform at the time you accept each task.
• Payments are processed according to the platform's payment schedule and terms.
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, withholdings, and currency exchange risks.
• Rates and pricing details are confidential per Turing's Terms of Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe and/or annotate German audio and voice recordings accurately.
• Follow all task-specific instructions, quality standards, and data security policies.
• Submit completed tasks with required details (Task IDs, dates, quantities, etc.) through the platform.

Requirements

• Native or highly fluent German language proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet task-specific deadlines independently.
