• Key Responsibilities:
  • Annotate and evaluate AI outputs against safety criteria, including bias, misinformation, and unsafe content.
  • Apply harm taxonomies and guidelines consistently, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Document your reasoning to enhance and refine safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a team to provide high-quality human data for AI safety research, model improvements, and risk audits.
• Who You Are:
  • Experienced in trust & safety, governance, or regulatory policy.
  • Familiar with harm taxonomies, safety-by-design, or frameworks like the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.
  • Skilled at translating abstract policies into practical evaluation criteria.
