Role Overview

In this role, you will leverage your real-world public sector expertise to design realistic prompts and tasks that evaluate how AI models handle day-to-day government, policy, and social service workflows. Your contributions will directly influence the quality and reliability of AI systems used in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual public sector job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect genuine government and policy scenarios
• Select and incorporate relevant public data and documents as input materials
• Ensure all prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the target occupation
• Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a public sector, government, or social services role
• Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of real-world workflows within your profession
• Ability to translate complex work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts
