Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to craft, review, and validate prompt-based questions aimed at training AI models. Your expertise in branding, typography, layout, color theory, digital media, and visual communication will ensure the creative and technical accuracy of our AI training materials. Whether your background is in print, digital, UX/UI, or branding, this role provides a unique opportunity to leverage your creative skills and influence advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Write, review, and validate prompt-based design questions.
Ensure design prompts accurately reflect real-world design scenarios and workflows.
Evaluate and compare AI-generated outputs for accuracy and effectiveness.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Branding, logo design, visual identity systems
Digital design (web, mobile, social media)
Creative direction and design documentation
Typography, iconography, color theory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in design or visual arts.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools.
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution.
Role Highlights
Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to scale to 40 hours.
Fully remote and asynchronous schedule.
Minimum project duration of 1–2 months, with potential extension.
Role begins early to mid-July; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
Interview Process
Complete an AI-driven interview about your design background.
Demonstrate prompt-writing skills live by generating and evaluating AI responses.
Selection based on interview performance and quality of AI evaluations.
Compensation and Contract
Hourly contractor position.
Weekly payment via Stripe Connect.
