What You'll Do

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on growth equity topics including growth-stage company valuation, unit economics analysis, and investment memo writing.
• Develop rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks such as revenue build modeling, cohort analysis, SaaS metrics evaluation, and deal structuring for growth rounds.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to refine training methods, evaluation strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth Equity — including growth-stage investing, late-stage VC, or growth-focused PE funds.
• Strong command of growth-stage valuation, unit economics, scaling metrics, and investment structuring for minority and majority stakes.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• CFA (Level I, II, or III), MBA in Finance, or experience in high-growth operating roles.

Engagement Details

• Commitment: Flexible, 10–30 hours per week
• Duration: Approximately 1 month, with potential extension based on performance and project needs
• Compensation: ~$100+/hr depending on experience
