Hardware Tester – Robotics | $10–20/hr | Worldwide Remote

Join MICRO1 as a Hardware Tester in the robotics domain. In this hands-on contractor role, you'll physically stress-test and evaluate hardware components to help engineers identify weaknesses, improve designs, and build more reliable robotic systems. If you love taking things apart to understand how they work, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on physical testing of hardware and robotic components
• Intentionally stress, break, and evaluate parts to expose design flaws
• Follow detailed testing instructions precisely and consistently
• Document findings clearly and communicate results to the engineering team
• Maintain reliability and follow-through across repeated testing cycles

What We're Looking For

• Basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina for hands-on, repetitive testing tasks
• Dependable, self-motivated, and consistent in delivering results
