• Compare products across price tiers and retailers, highlighting both value and premium picks.
• Assess inclusivity for different tones, textures, and sensitivities, ensuring safe and accurate advice.
• Refine AI-generated product suggestions by adding context and corrections as needed.

Qualifications:

• Background in retail (e.g., Sephora/Ulta), salon, esthetics, beauty editorial, or as a serious beauty enthusiast.
• Strong ability to evaluate products objectively and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Bonus: State license (esthetician/cosmetologist), fragrance taxonomy knowledge, or textured-hair expertise.
