Health Economics Expert | $90–150/hr | Worldwide Remote | Contractor

AfterQuery is seeking experienced Health Economists to help build the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs rely on to measure and improve their models. As a contractor, you will author and grade economic evaluations used in AI model assessments — playing a direct role in shaping the quality of next-generation AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Author and evaluate health economic assessments used to benchmark AI model performance
• Build and review economic models with rigorous methodological standards
• Document analytical reasoning clearly and concisely in written English
• Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, remote basis

Who You Are

• Hold a graduate degree (MS, MPH, or PhD) in health economics, economics, public health, epidemiology, or a related quantitative discipline
• Have 3+ years of professional or research experience in health economics or outcomes research
• Possess hands-on experience constructing economic models (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact, decision-analytic models)
• Communicate complex methodological concepts clearly in written English
• Can reliably commit to at least 10 hours per week
