Health & Wellness Coach Evaluator | Contractor | Worldwide Remote

Turing is looking for experienced, certified Health & Wellness Coach professionals to evaluate and improve AI-generated health coaching content. This is an 8-week freelance engagement where you'll help shape responsible, evidence-based AI by assessing the quality, safety, and effectiveness of large language model (LLM) outputs in a health coaching context.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated and human coaching dialogues for accuracy, tone, empathy, and actionability.
• Annotate quality dimensions including goal-setting effectiveness, motivational techniques, and personalization.
• Identify unsafe, misleading, or non-evidence-based advice and flag it for correction.
• Compare AI responses against established coaching frameworks such as motivational interviewing and behavior change models.
• Provide structured feedback and ratings to support ongoing model improvement.
• Help refine annotation rubrics based on recurring quality issues.

Requirements

• Background in health coaching, behavior change, public health, nursing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of coaching methodologies and behavior change principles.
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment on health-related content.
• Ability to apply structured evaluation rubrics consistently.
• Access to a MacBook is ideal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Health Coach credential (e.g., NBHWC or equivalent).
• Experience evaluating conversational AI or chatbot outputs.
• Background in motivational interviewing or related counseling techniques.
