Healthcare Executive – Insurance Strategy Study | $180 (One-Time) | Remote (U.S.)

Mercor is seeking experienced Healthcare Executives from small provider organizations to participate in a targeted research study conducted in partnership with a leading AI lab. This brief, high-impact engagement focuses on how leadership teams navigate payer relationships, insurance strategy, and operational trade-offs in small clinical settings.

What You'll Do

• Complete a structured survey and/or interview (30–45 minutes)
• Share strategic insights on payer relationships and contracting considerations
• Provide perspective on operational and financial trade-offs unique to small healthcare practices

Requirements

• Current Executive Leadership role (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CTO/CIO/CDO, or Head of Contracting/Managed Care)
• Employed at a healthcare provider organization (clinic, hospital, behavioral health practice, etc.)
• Hands-on exposure to insurance-related decisions or strategy
• Experience in small, high-accountability environments
• Based in the United States

Compensation & Arrangement

• One-time engagement — approximately 30–45 minutes
• $180 USD flat payment upon completion
