Healthcare Expert (International Physicians) | $100/hr | Worldwide Remote | Part-Time

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to train frontier models using high-quality clinical reasoning. We are seeking experienced physicians to evaluate AI-generated medical outputs, helping shape how the next generation of AI reasons about diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.

What You'll Do

• Compare AI-generated responses to the same medical prompt and determine which output is superior
• Analyze each model's reasoning and thought process to inform your evaluations
• Provide clear, evidence-based explanations for why one output outperforms another, citing clinical accuracy, safety, and quality of reasoning
• Submit written feedback used directly by the research team to improve model behavior
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions

Who We're Looking For

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
• 2+ years of professional clinical practice experience
• Comfortable applying current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
