AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced healthcare quality professionals to develop patient safety and quality scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and refine model judgment in medical contexts.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay — ideal for seasoned clinicians or quality professionals looking to contribute meaningfully to AI safety research on a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic patient safety and healthcare quality scenarios for AI model evaluation
• Apply expertise in quality measures, root cause analysis, and accreditation standards to build rigorous test cases
• Produce clear, well-structured written findings and improvement plans that inform AI training and benchmarking

Requirements

• Active clinical license (RN or equivalent) or CPHQ certification
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement
• Strong working knowledge of quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness
• Excellent written English communication skills for documentation and reporting
• Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
