This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay — ideal for seasoned clinicians or quality professionals looking to contribute meaningfully to AI safety research on a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do
- Design and document realistic patient safety and healthcare quality scenarios for AI model evaluation
- Apply expertise in quality measures, root cause analysis, and accreditation standards to build rigorous test cases
- Produce clear, well-structured written findings and improvement plans that inform AI training and benchmarking
Requirements
- Active clinical license (RN or equivalent) or CPHQ certification
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement
- Strong working knowledge of quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness
- Excellent written English communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
