Turing is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to help shape the future of AI by creating high-quality, real-world prompts and tasks for frontier AI model evaluation. This is a short-term contract opportunity (~2 weeks) with potential for extension.

Role Overview:

We are looking for healthcare domain experts with 5+ years of experience to create realistic, profession-based prompts and tasks. Your work will help evaluate how AI models respond to day-to-day scenarios in healthcare, clinical, and administrative settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual healthcare job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect real-world clinical and administrative scenarios
• Select and incorporate relevant public data and documents as input files
• Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to your occupation
• Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a healthcare or clinical role
• Strong understanding of real-world workflows within your profession
• Ability to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts
