Mercor is looking for passionate experts in various everyday hobbies to contribute to training advanced AI models in partnership with a leading AI laboratory.

Areas of Expertise Include (but are not limited to):

• Video Games

• Tabletop Games

• Collecting

• Art

• Niche Sports

• Fashion

• Cooking

Key Qualities We're Seeking:

• Deep expertise in at least one hobby (thousands of hours of experience).

• Enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of hobby-specific intricacies.

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to clearly explain complex hobby-related topics.

Ideal Candidates Should:

• Have a substantial record of engaging with their hobby (e.g., blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.).

• Be proficient in English.

• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada with valid work authorization.

• Hold or currently pursue at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the US, UK, or Canada.

Role Details:

• Position: Independent Contractor

• Hours: 10-40 hours per week (flexible)

• Duration: Initial commitment of 2-3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and client requirements

• Compensation: $50+/hour (dependent on experience), paid weekly via Stripe Connect
