About the Role:
Mercor is partnering with a leading AI startup to enhance and streamline home care scheduling processes. We are seeking experienced Home Care Schedulers or Care Coordinators who can effectively identify, document, and refine essential workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document critical workflows within the home care scheduling process.

• Collaborate asynchronously with our project team to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Provide valuable feedback to enhance products and processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Home Care Scheduler, Care Coordinator, or similar role is required.

• Experience with established home care providers (e.g., Home Instead, Homewell) is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow precise guidelines.

• Proven ability to work independently, particularly on structured annotation or process documentation tasks.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to set your own schedule.

• Expected commitment: 10–20 hours per week.

• Project duration: Approximately 1–2 months.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay: $15–$30/hour depending on your experience and region.

• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect.

• Independent contractor status.
