We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team as a remote contractor. This role is ideal for a clinically seasoned physician with inpatient/hospitalist experience who is passionate about quality assurance and medical documentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate clinical documentation including History of Present Illness (HPI) and Past Medical History (PMH)
- Work with FHIR-based health records to assess and validate patient data
- Apply structured rubrics to evaluate clinical quality and accuracy
- Contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) processes within a healthcare or health-tech environment
- Provide expert medical insight to support AI or clinical documentation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active MD or DO license with inpatient/hospitalist experience
- Proficiency in working with FHIR health records
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks in a medical setting
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation of $70–$100/hr, with flexible remote work arrangements.
