Hospitalist Physician | $70–100/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team as a remote contractor. This role is ideal for a clinically seasoned physician with inpatient/hospitalist experience who is passionate about quality assurance and medical documentation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate clinical documentation including History of Present Illness (HPI) and Past Medical History (PMH)
• Work with FHIR-based health records to assess and validate patient data
• Apply structured rubrics to evaluate clinical quality and accuracy
• Contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) processes within a healthcare or health-tech environment
• Provide expert medical insight to support AI or clinical documentation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license with inpatient/hospitalist experience
• Proficiency in working with FHIR health records
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards
• Experience with quality assurance frameworks in a medical setting
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation of $70–$100/hr, with flexible remote work arrangements.
