HR Documents Specialist (Chinese) | $10–$55/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Documents Specialist with Chinese language proficiency to support human resources documentation efforts on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a bilingual HR generalist who excels at producing clear, accurate, and professional documentation across a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage HR documentation including policies, procedures, contracts, and employee records
• Translate and localize HR materials between English and Chinese as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce and format professional HR documents
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR-related materials
• Collaborate with HR teams to support documentation workflows and administrative processes

Required Skills

• Chinese language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid background in Human Resources documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
