Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage HR documentation in both English and German
• Prepare and format professional documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR materials
• Support HR teams with documentation workflows and administrative tasks
• Translate or localize HR content between English and German as needed
