HR Documents Specialist (Japanese) | $10–$55/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Documents Specialist with Japanese language proficiency to support human resources documentation and administrative functions. This is a remote contractor role ideal for someone with a strong HR background and excellent command of both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage HR documents and records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Translate and localize HR materials between English and Japanese as needed
• Develop and format professional documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Support HR teams with documentation workflows, templates, and compliance records
• Ensure all HR documentation meets organizational standards and best practices

Required Skills

• Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in Human Resources documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
